BeMIS Behavioral Management Information System

BeMIS (the Behavioral Management Information System) is a standardized, nonthreatening tool for identifying 37 personality variables, emotional intelligence, character strengths and virtues. BeMIS includes personalized development plans, and offers the ability to explore similarities and compatibility with careers, work areas, educational majors etc. The results of this tool are presented in customizable formats that range from a one page narrative to a 20-plus page reports that include personalized development plans.

The BeMIS PC software was developed by Daniel R. Collins, Ed.D., NCC, LPC, after he and Fred L. Adair, Ph.D., NCC, LPC, developed the Interpretive Reports for The Adjective Check List (ACL). The development of BeMIS began in 1975 and has continued with constant improvements in functionality and professional relevance.
