Application Process

Prior to sending in your application:

Make copies:
Before you submit any documentation to CCE, make copies of all of your documents. All materials become the property of CCE upon receipt and we do not send copies back to applicants. Make sure all documents are signed and dated (where applicable). Applications may NOT be submitted via fax.

Check off materials:
Be sure you have enclosed the following with your application packet:

  1. A signed and complete application form.
  2. A complete/signed Experience Form
  3. A copy of your training certificate.
  4. A copy of a transcript or diploma for your highest educational level completed.

What happens to your application after it reaches CCE?

  1. After payment processing, your documents are forwarded to CCE and your application information is entered into the GCDF database.
  2. Your application is then forwarded to the Review Department where a file is set up for you and the review process begins.
Due to the volume of applications CCE receives, the process can take 4-6 weeks. Please do not call and ask about the status of your application unless your payment has not cleared within three weeks after you mail your application and documentation.
