At the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) provide welcoming and confident support to both internal and external staff in accordance with our policies, processes, and procedures.
CSRs perform daily tasks of answering phone calls, responding to emails, helping train new hires, serving as a resource for more complex customer concerns, determining the cause of issues and expediting their solutions, among other pertinent responsibilities.
Communication, customer focus, adaptability, problem solving, and attention to detail are five key characteristics of successful CSRs, and we are fortunate to have the expertise of Matthew Branch, Aiyah Gibson, and Katie Saunders on our team.
Matthew Branch believes that being relatable and having empathy towards others is of utmost importance in the field. “Don't be afraid of not knowing the answer,” Matthew suggests to other CSRs. “There are so many resources and people willing and ready to help you through anything and everything.”
Aiyah Gibson proudly joined CCE in 2021. “My favorite aspect of the job is speaking to individuals nationwide and hearing their stories. Most importantly though, given its importance today, I love being an essential part of a team that promotes and supports mental health professionals.” Aiyah credits her success to her ability to remain poised in difficult situations.
Katie Saunders has been with CCE for three and a half years. “I enjoy being the gatekeeper of the company and having the ability to share my knowledge and guide people in the right direction,” says Katie. In the fall, Katie is going back to school to get her master's degree in clinical counseling with a concentration in MFT counseling and is looking forward to growing with the team.
We appreciate our customer service team!
