Student examination scores are kept confidential by the Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc. (CCE). I understand that my Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner Exam (HS-BCPE) test score will not be released to any third parties, without my consent. By completing this registration, I authorize CCE, or its authorized examination administration representative, to release my HS-BCPE test score to the educational organization selected in my registration. I understand and agree that CCE is not responsible for the use or handling of my HS-BCPE test score by the educational organization selected in my registration, or any decision made by the educational organization related to my test score.
